GLOVER, Francis

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Frank (Francis) Glover, at St. Eustache Hospital on May 5th, 2024 at the age of 87, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his devoted wife Frances (née Boileau) of almost 63 years.

Sadly he was pre-deceased by his daughter Shelley and leaves to mourn his beloved daughter Karen (Paul), and his cherished grandchildren Ashley (Anthony), Adam (Cate), Jacob and Rebecca, as well as his great-grandchildren Christina and Elizabeth. He will be looking down at the arrival of the twins that he asked about daily.

He will also be remembered by his extended family including his nieces and nephews, sister in laws and friends.

Last of 11 Glover brothers and sisters, Frank was a loving father, grandfather and great-grand father. He was part of the Canadian Army reserves, a volunteer for the Deux-Montagnes Fire Department, and was always ready to lend a helping hand. When he could not, advice was freely given – wanted or not! Frank had a unique sense of humour and was truly one of a kind.

A special thanks to the CLSC Jean-Olivier-Chénier who provided care and support, and to the amazing team from the third floor of the Hôpital Saint-Eustache who worked so hard for him and were so patient with the family being there with him in all hours of the day.

A celebration of Frank’s life will be held on Saturday May 25th between 1:00 and 5:00at the Goyer funeral home, 147 Boulevard Arthur-Sauve, Saint-Eustache QC.
